How long should an ideal blog post be?
Few days back I came across a blog about pets. I was reading one of the articles posted there. It was a rather long and sort of tedious looking one. I tried to read it, to find out whether it will be able to hold the attention of a reader. Well, to be short, I could not complete reading it.
This set me wondering about the ideal length of a blog post. Few people prefer short ones while others like posts packed with loads of information. I personally tend to zone out long articles.
So Should a blog post be long or short?
I feel that the post length depends upon the matter, that is, it cannot be predetermined. Only when it is being written will we able to judge its length. And the long ones should be written in such a way that it is easy to assimilate what is posted by glancing through them in a few minutes.
